Biratori Wagyu

Biratori Wagyu is a variety of Wagyu raised healthily and without stress at the foot of the Hidaka Mountains of Hokkaido. The beef is raised in a place blessed by both climate conditions and nature, where the water is clean and the soil is fertile.
This popular Wagyu is tender enough to melt in your mouth, full-flavored, and delicious. The coarse feed consists mainly of pasture grass. The concentrated feed consists mainly of grains. Biratori Wagyu gains its popularity from preeminent fattening techniques and meticulous management.
